Booking Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit of $80 is required to secure all appointments.
• The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the service.
• Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your appointment and it being offered to another client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• For appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via Whatsapp or call us.

No-Shows:

• Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a “no-show.” 
• Arriving 15 minutes or more late will also be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. This cannot be applied towards future services.

Late Arrivals:

• Arriving 15 minutes or more late without informing us may be considered a no-show and result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
