Cove’s 4D Laser uses the Fotona4D®, and is an innovative laser treatment that uses a unique combination of 2 complementary laser wavelengths – Nd:YAG and Er:YAG to treat 4 distinct “dimensions” of the skin to rejuvenate and tighten from the inside out.

Fotona4D® offers a non-surgical, non-invasive facelift alternative that delivers natural-looking and long-lasting results.

Fotona4D® is a 30-45 minute non-invasive laser procedure that has almost no downtime or discomfort, allowing you to carry on with your daily activities as usual. An immediate freshness and tightness of the face can be seen soon after the treatment, but the full effect unfolds gradually over a period of 2-3 months. One can expect continuing improvement for up to six months after treatment.

How does 4D Laser work?

Fotona® 4D Laser facelifting procedure works by treating both the outside of your face and the inside oral cavity (under the cheekbones) to lift your inner middle face. Some improvements might be visible immediately after the treatment and, they will continue to improve over time. You can expect skin elevation, skin tone enhancement, skin elasticity plumping, and loose skin strengthening.

Modes of Fotona 4D Laser Face Lifting Treatment:

There are four unique laser modes of the Fotona 4D Treatment providing skin tightening, plumping, lifting, and an overall improved skin texture with minimization of fine lines and wrinkles:

The SMOOTH Laser Mode:
This revolutionary non-ablative treatment is done within the oral cavity where it provides a gentle and controlled ‘bulk heating’. The purpose of this controlled heating is to stimulate collagen contraction and the stimulation of new collagen fibers. It works similarly to filler, and the primary objective of this procedure is to provide a nice plumping effect to the nasolabial folds (fine lines around the mouth) from the inside out.
The FRAC3 Laser Mode:
This laser mode fractional beam is utilized to restore a young texture and tone on the skin to more profound flaws.
The PIANO Laser Mode:
It is a quick mass heater from the outside through a subcutaneous concentration of energy supply that is completely safe. The heating is utilized for tightening the skin.
The Superficial Laser Mode:
This light laser peeling is the last stage. This mode finally improves the look of the skin and reduces defects with well-regulated light skin. The skin becomes smoother with even skin texture and gets a pearl-like finish.

How many treatment sessions are required?

A minimum of 2 sessions, with a minimum of 1 month between treatments, are recommended for optimum outcomes. Thereafter, maintenance sessions may only be required once a year.

Is there any downtime?

Cove Aesthetic Clinic’s team of doctors is well-trained to provide Fotona 4D non-invasive laser facelift. It is usually a painless procedure, but there may be a slight redness that will subside in a few hours. There is no downtime or recuperation period, and immediately after treatment, you may continue with your usual activities. Our doctors are MOH-certified doctors who will perform this non-surgical therapy following a full consultation whereby they examine your concerns and intended results.

What is the cost of 4D Laser Treatment in Singapore?

This Non-surgical facelift therapy costs around $600-$800 per session and would take approximately 30-45 minutes for each Fotona 4D laser treatment. The treatment cost depends on the areas you want to get treated and the number of 4D facelift treatments you require.
